  • Power Yoga

    Yoga is the combination of breath, meditation, and specific body postures for health and relaxation. At Power Life, we provide a physically challenging and mentally exhilarating practice that we believe is for everybody and EVERY BODY. With a focus on Power Yoga, our classes improve strength, balance, flexibility, and increase cardiovascular health and core strength.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Power Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga, core training and cardio. It is an upbeat and challenging class designed to strengthen your yoga practice, keep your heart healthy and burn calories. The yoga postures typically taught in Power Sculpt are similar to a beginner-level class with the addition of heat and weighted exercises. Power Sculpt targets every muscle group in the body to help you look great and feel your best.

  • Barre

    No ballet experience required here! The barre concept is a unique and new training method — a workout utilizing a ballet barre that combines elements of ballet, pilates and power yoga. This total body experience creates long, lean muscle mass. The class includes work to strengthen arms, legs, abs and gluts. Besides increasing your strength, the class helps build flexibility, balance, and core to support you in everything you do.

  • Cardio Barre

    Barre with a Power Life twist! Be prepared to sweat and burn in this unique, high-energy class that combines Barre movements, weighted exercises and cardio bursts. Cardio Barre develops long, lean muscles without bulk. Taking the best from Power Life’s Barre, Power Yoga and Power Sculpt classes, this upbeat practice will challenge you physically and mentally and will help you look and feel your very best!

  • F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training)

    Love working hard and getting your sweat on? Then you’ll love F.I.T.! Power Life’s Functional Interval Training is designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. This class will get your heart rate pumping and the sweat dripping through a variety of exercises that incorporate cardio, strength, endurance, core, flexibility and functional movement. In this team environment, our instructors will encourage you to work hard and your fellow students will motivate and inspire you to reach your highest potential.

  • Cycle

    Our Cycle classes incorporate everything you love about indoor cycling, with a Power Life twist. Our instructors will lead you through a dynamic, 45-minute workout set to upbeat music to change the way you look and feel. Together we will ride, we will sweat and we will change our bodies, our minds and our lives!

  • Cycle Strength

    Cycle Strength is a perfect combination of total body burnout with leg work on the bike and upper body strength training off the bike using weights and/or medicine balls. If you like community, upbeat music, energetic people and, of course, a full-body workout, Cycle Strength is the perfect class for you!

  • Cycle Yoga

    Cycle Yoga is a fusion class combining everything you love about Power Life’s Cycle classes and our foundation, yoga. After an exhilarating cycle workout, students get off the bike to focus on the parts of the body that need some yoga love, including hips, hamstrings IT bands and more. An amazing, full-body cardio workout paired with a yoga class? We can’t think of anything better!

  • Restore

    This practice is Yin yoga, which works deeply into the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, cartilage and fascia) to heal joints and increase flexibility through slow, gentle and sustained traction. Yin yoga focuses on slowly stretching the connective tissues around joints, which in turn also helps to strengthen them.

  • Hot Yoga

    Whether you are early in your yoga journey or an experienced practitioner, Power Life’s Hot Yoga class is for you! This all-levels hot yoga class features the same 34 postures each time, which ensures students enter the space knowing what to expect. But never fear, there is plenty of space to learn, grow and discover while holding each pose for 5-7 breaths. We encourage all students to try a Hot Yoga class in order to see firsthand the benefits of a consistent yoga practice. Students with shoulder, elbow or wrist injuries will find little to no weight bearing on these joints.
