    Paul Weber is founder and “Chief Entrepreneur Officer” of EAG Advertising & Marketing, also known as Entrepreneur Advertising Group. He and EAG have become the most recognized voices in small business marketing and ownership. Since 2003 more than 300 business owners have sought Weber’s advice and expertise on subjects ranging from brand evolution to sales management. He is credited for helping business owners capture their value proposition, emotional customer connection and brand heroism. Under Weber’s creative leadership, EAG has accumulated more than 25 awards, all of which include his influence as either a writer or concept developer. His writings or opinions have appeared in publications as wide ranging as the Wall Street Journal, Inc. Online and Ingram’s Magazine. Big Brand Strategies for Small BusinessSM is Weber’s methodology for teaching business owners to think and act like a big brand while managing resources like a small business. EAG clients effectively use these strategies, along with EAG staff’s considerable talent, to increase lead generation, enhance brand status and grow profits. Weber sharpened his business acumen in both corporate and agency environments, working with some of the nation’s largest brands and the smallest start-ups. In addition to the 300 EAG clients served, Weber has taught, coached, mentored, facilitated and lectured to hundreds of small business owners and startups around the nation. He is an adjunct advertising, consumer behavior and business ethics university instructor at Baker University and the University of Kansas – Lawrence Campus. Weber extends his teaching talents in the community by sharing his knowledge at business incubators, including the Kauffman Foundation where he is a certified facilitator of the prestigious FastTrac program. Weber is the most prolific and sought-after speaker on small business marketing and communications topics in the Kansas City area and beyond. His wide-ranging topics have been heard at organizations including; The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Development and Technology Centers at UMKC and Johnson County Community College, the Women’s Business Center and the Metropolitan Community Colleges. Under Weber’s leadership, EAG Advertising & Marketing has had 13 consecutive years of growth and profitability. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Weber lived on Guam for five years before settling in Missouri and attending Central Missouri State University where he received degrees in Mass Communications and Business Administration.

    Michele Markham is the President of EAG where she is responsible for all client-related activity. Since joining EAG in 2012, Michele has spurred the most dramatic growth in the agency’s history and firmly believes that the EAG team’s wealth of experience, innate understanding of the entrepreneur’s mindset, solving problems, delivering on promises and commitment to doing what’s right is the winning formula that makes a difference for our clients. Building relationships and client satisfaction are cornerstones of Michele’s success, and she brings a wealth of experience to EAG having worked with large national franchise brands and dealer networks throughout the nation. In all cases Michele realized she was really working for hundreds of small businesses owners as franchisees, helping them recognize the importance of big-brand strategy and management. In fact, Michele spent three years as an owner of Title Boxing Club franchises in the Dallas, TX market, giving her a unique, relatable perspective when working with EAG’s clients. Prior to EAG, during her 21 year career with Ketchum, Michele specialized in local media and marketing strategies for more than 100 national corporate and franchised brands with local market presence, including American Airlines, Bally Total Fitness, Bank of America, Best Buy, Budget, CARQUEST, CARSTAR, Check ‘n Go, DIRECTV, Dwyer Group, FASTSIGNS®, Geek Squad, La Petite Academy/Learning Care Group, Lennox, Luxottica, Michelin, Overhead Door, Pella, Penske, Pizza Hut and Weight Watchers. She’s a native of Kansas City, where she lives with her husband Mike and children Emily and Luke.
